The camera does not open
- Allow camera access when asked (padlock icon in the address bar).
- Close other apps that use the camera.
- The page must be opened with https:// — use app.openbvs.com/bvs-qrcode.
The result is green. Is it safe?
Green only means we found no obvious problem. We cannot see what a page does after it opens, and some sites redirect with JavaScript, which we cannot follow. Never tap “confirm”, “subscribe” or “pay” on a page you did not expect.
I opened a suspicious QR and was charged
- Contact your bank or payment provider immediately and ask to block and dispute the charge.
- Check your phone's subscriptions (Google Play: Payments & subscriptions; Apple: Settings → Subscriptions) and cancel unknown ones.
- Do not call numbers shown on the page.
