Click the BVS Capture icon in your Chrome toolbar, choose PNG or PDF format, then click "Capture Full Page". The extension will automatically scroll and capture the entire page. You can also use the keyboard shortcut Alt+Shift+S for instant capture.
BVS Capture supports two output formats: PNG (high-quality image) and PDF (document format). PNG is ideal for sharing and editing, while PDF is perfect for archiving and printing.
Chrome extensions cannot operate on browser internal pages (chrome://, chrome-extension://), the Chrome Web Store, or new tab pages. This is a Chrome security restriction. The extension works on all regular websites.
No. BVS Capture collects zero data. No analytics, no tracking, no user accounts, no external servers. All processing happens entirely within your browser and the captured images are saved directly to your downloads folder.
Screenshots are saved to your browser's default downloads folder. The file is named with the format: BVS_Capture_[website]_[date-time].png (or .pdf). You can change your downloads location in Chrome Settings → Downloads.
Some websites use complex lazy-loading or infinite scroll that can affect capture quality. Try scrolling through the entire page once before capturing — this ensures all content is loaded. If the issue persists, please contact us with the website URL so we can investigate.
